After an absense of several years I have decided to re-introduce the forums. I have done so in the hope that other site users will assist in answering questions raised. The number of messages posted in the comments section has increased over time and as a result I have not always answered in a timely manner.
I have copied some of the comment postings into the forum and noted the name of the original poster and the posting date.
