The observant paddlers starting in all but the first start in Liffey Descent of 2008 (Mick Keating and Gerry Collins) will have noticed that their finish time was a little longer than they expected. They were correct.

We had a small technical difficulty resulting in the results for ALL classes being entered without the deduction of their split time. This will have had no effect whatsoever on the result. The provisional results posted on the notice board showed all classes timed from the first start. This has now been corrected and the results posted on this site have finish times reduced by their appropriate split times.
